City Cooperatives, Small Medium Enterprises and Trade (KUKMP) will transform Bali Mester Market Shopping Center hallway and Jl. Matraman Raya, Jatinegara, East Jakarta become central of Betawi culinary.

City KUKMP Department Head, Irwandi, said that the location was very slumps for a shopping center. Because of that, his side takes initiative to arrange it to be a temporary location (Loksem).

He explained that his side had a plan to move the merchants opposite to shop owner, so there will be some space in the center to walk.

"In the afternoon, it is for daily needs merchants such as sandal seller. Then uses for culinary at night," he said, Thursday (1/26).

Irwandi explained that the 105 meters wide area arrangement will not use city budget (APBD), but Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program fund.

"That location can accommodate 40 merchants who will pay Rp 3,000 per day as retribution fee. We targeted to start in March," he closed.
